Ingredients:
- Paneer Grated - 200 Gms
- Boiled & Mashed potatoes - 200 Gms
- Gram Flour - 50 Gms
- Aamchur Powder - 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Coriander Shredded - 1-2 Tbsp
- Oil For Deepfrying - 300 ml
- Salt to Taste
Method to prepare:
- Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl by using little water to make it into a dough consistency.
- Heat oil in a frying pan
- Make small balls & drop it in oil,fry till golden color
- Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup
