Fried Paneer Kofta



Ingredients:
  • Paneer Grated - 200 Gms
  • Boiled & Mashed potatoes - 200 Gms
  • Gram Flour - 50 Gms
  • Aamchur Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
  • Coriander Shredded - 1-2 Tbsp
  • Oil For Deepfrying - 300 ml
  • Salt to Taste
Method to prepare:
  • Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl by using little water to make it into a dough consistency.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan
  • Make small balls & drop it in oil,fry till golden color
  • Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup
